Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. For first-time customers, we strongly recommend starting with our Sample Kit, which includes all seven signature scents and comes with a $10 credit toward a future full-size purchase.

Exchanges

Domestic exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Please note:

- Sample Kits and Sample Kit + Gift Card products are not eligible for exchange

- International exchanges are not available

Pheromone Oils & Scent Experience

Scent is deeply personal and can smell different out of the bottle, on different people, or even on the same person at different times. Our pheromone oils are designed to blend seamlessly with your natural body chemistry, so the experience may vary and may feel subtle to the wearer.

Because scent perception is subjective and influenced by individual chemistry, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal scent experience, including not being able to smell the product or experiencing it differently than expected. Each product undergoes multiple manufacturing and quality-control checks to ensure what you receive is an accurate representation of the formula.
