If you placed an order and soon after, items in your order go on sale, if your order was placed within 48 hours of the launch of the sale, you can reach out to us and request your order be price adjusted.
Holiday sales from 11/24-1/5 are not eligible for adjustments since this period will contain many different deals, days apart from each other.
If you order 24 hours before a Gift With Purchase or BOGO promotion goes live and our 3PL has not processed your order AND, we can review your email before processing. In that case, we can add the free gift, assuming your order qualifies with the promotion terms and conditions. We do not allow customers to pay for shipping to process the gift outside of their order that has already been processed through our 3PL.
*Processed means that the order has been picked, packed, and in a large batch of items to be picked up, or it has already been picked up.
