Damages

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within one week of delivery and include:

  1. Your first and last name
  2. The order number
  3. Clear images of damage to product
  4. Clear image of damage to shipping box (if applicable)
  5. A description of the damage
  6. Desired solution (this is not guaranteed but will be taken into consideration)

We are unable to assist with damage claims submitted without images. Refunds are not issued for damaged items; you may choose either a replacement or store credit. We appreciate your willingness to work with us to make things right.
