If your product has been damaged in shipping or has a manufacturing defect, email us within one week of delivery; we will not consider issues that have not been reported within a week of delivery. We also will not provide service for products that have been received and are over a year old.
Please include:
First and Last Name
Order Number
Order Placed Date
Product Name(s)
Description of damage
Images (Full view image of product/damage (required), product box (if applies), and shipping box (if applies)
Lot code number located on the bottom of the product (required)
Please note that we do not allow refunds for damaged products; you can choose to have the product replaced or to receive store credit. We ask that if you commit to a product by placing an order, you are willing to work with us to correct any issues by getting you the correct product.
We will not be able to assist anyone who does not include images of their damage.
