Damages
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within one week of delivery and include:
- Your first and last name
- The order number
- Clear images of damage to product
- Clear image of damage to shipping box (if applicable)
- A description of the damage
- Desired solution (this is not guaranteed but will be taken into consideration)
We are unable to assist with damage claims submitted without images. Refunds are not issued for damaged items; you may choose either a replacement or store credit. We appreciate your willingness to work with us to make things right.
