Our fulfillment team processes orders Monday through Friday. Our order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Orders placed during a new product drop, sale, holiday season, or if your order is international, processing time can exceed five days.

Orders with a "ship by date" will be processed and fulfilled within the same 1-2 business day fulfillment time starting on the specific ship by date.

You will receive email notifications when your order is confirmed, when your shipping label is printed, when your order is in transit, when it is out for delivery, and when it is delivered. Please check your "spam" folder if you are not receiving these in your inbox.

Guaranteed Shipping Options 

If you want your order delivered by a certain date, we have guaranteed shipping options available**. 

• FedEx 2nd Day – Guaranteed if ordered before 10:45 am EST - $35.95 

• FedEx Next Day Air – Guaranteed if ordered before 10:45 am EST - $71.95 

If you select FedEx 2nd Day or Next Day Air after the cutoff time, your order will be shipped the following business day. Please note that all expedited orders placed after 10:45 a.m. EST on Friday will not ship until the following Monday. Per the carrier's policies, expedited services are delivered on business days only, Monday through Friday. We do not currently offer overnight services for Saturday delivery. Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from not paying attention to this rule. 

**Hawaii and Alaska do not qualify for guaranteed shipping and will only be shipped via USPS.
