Orders cannot easily be canceled once they are placed as they immediately start processing; however, you can email us at [email protected] with the request, and we will assist you if possible. Please add your name and order number and make the subject of your email "urgent order edit"; this will help your ticket be more noticeable to our team, but it does not guarantee that the order will be canceled.

Due to high order volumes, we do not allow cancellations during holiday sales and promotions.
