LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGESUpdated a month ago

We know carrier issues and delays can happen. If you have not received your order by the third business day after it has been scanned as "Delivered," please contact [email protected] for assistance. We find that carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will be delivered within the next three business days.

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order has not shown activity or movement for more than five business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.

We will not provide services for lost packages that are over 30 days old from the delivery date.

Please be advised that we do not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages; our policy is to reship the order as is.
