We ship all international orders via DHL. Shipping times can take up to 15 business days, however this is not guaranteed.

When ordering internationally, there are sometimes fees associated with receiving your packages. These taxes and/or duty fees are calculated depending on the country. There is no way for us to know what those fees will be ahead of time.

We are not responsible for these fees; the buyer must pay for them upon the items arriving with their shipping carrier. Please keep in mind that if the package returns to us due to the customer not paying their country's fees, the customer will be charged a 50% restocking fee, along with the initial and return shipping label cost.

We are also not responsible for the customs holding timeline when your country receives the package.
