Both of our Layering products are made with concentrated oil and moisturizing ingredients. Both have an equal amount of concentrated oil, so the potency is the same as well.
As for which to use between the Body Oil or Spray Lotion, it's just a personal preference whether you prefer the feel of lotion or oil on your skin. The only thing to keep in mind is to allow the Spray Lotion/Body Oil to be fully absorbed into your skin before applying our roll-on perfumes, as the roller ball/scent can easily pick things up. Likewise, we recommend waiting for all products to be fully absorbed before putting on clothing.
